As mentioned in the report, the braiding of a horse's mane and tail is a necessary task before any activity. People engaged in this work are paid around $150 per hour (Rs 12,000), and if they work for 8-10 hours per day, they can earn a total of up to Rs 1,20,000. Skilled horsehair braiders can find well-paid opportunities in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, and Iran, where this profession is well-established.

Another high-paying job in this field is a bloodstock agent. These independent professionals provide advice and assistance to clients on all matters related to thoroughbred racing and breeding. They charge a fee for their services.

Similarly, there is a job called broodmare manager, who oversees the care and management of pregnant mares, young foals, and weanlings (horses under one year of age that have been separated from their mothers). They require extensive knowledge of horse reproductive physiology, including foaling (the process of a horse giving birth) and neonatal foal care. Experienced broodmare managers can earn up to Rs 1 lakh in their field.

Another role in horse breeding is a stallion manager, responsible for ensuring a successful breeding program and taking care of female horses. They master the skills of keeping horses confident, happy, and well-behaved. Similarly, a barn manager is responsible for horse care, employee supervision, and maintenance of buildings and grounds. All of these jobs can provide earnings of up to Rs 1 lakh per day.
