Reportedly, Amitabh Bachchan decided to stop following his daughter-in-law, actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, on Instagram. Several sources claim that Big B is no longer keeping up with Aishwarya on the platform. On Instagram, Amitabh follows a total of 74 people, including Salman Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Virat Kohli, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, and Navya Naveli Nanda among others. Meanwhile, Aishwarya only follows her husband Abhishek on the platform.
However, News18 Showsha couldn't confirm whether Amitabh Bachchan was even following Aishwarya on Instagram in the first place.
This news emerged shortly after the Bachchan family happily posed together at the premiere of Agastya Nanda’s debut movie, "The Archies," in Mumbai. In photos and videos that became popular on social media, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Aaradhya, Navya Nanda, along with Navya’s parents Nikhil Nanda and Shweta Bachchan, were seen smiling for the cameras.

Another video circulating on social media showed Aishwarya playfully guiding Agastya on the red carpet, advising him to get comfortable with the attention and cameras. This light-hearted moment amused everyone in the Bachchan family, especially Abhishek and Aaradhya.
In terms of her recent work, Aishwarya's latest appearance was in the historical action drama "Ponniyin Selvan: II." Directed by Mani Ratnam, the film hit theaters in April and received widespread acclaim. Following the movie's release, Abhishek Bachchan praised his wife, expressing that both Jaya and Aishwarya should engage in more projects. He mentioned, "It is always emotional. With my father, I am always able to view his work as an actor. With my mother, I can’t. I am a terrible judge of her work because for me that’s maa. Like for Aishwarya and dad, I can look upon their work," during an interview with Instant Bollywood.
