The NCS tweeted the details of the earthquake, including its location and time.
After the initial quake, two more earthquakes followed with magnitudes of 3.1 and 3.4, hitting Jaipur at 4:22 am and 4:25 am, respectively. So far, there have been no reports of casualties or property damage, according to the Police Control Room.
The incident prompted people to turn to social media to inquire about the earthquake and share pictures of the situation outside their buildings. Former Rajasthan Chief Minister, Vasundhara Raje, also mentioned feeling the strong tremors in Jaipur."
