UFO Sighting in Las Vegas: NASA Debunks it as a Meteo

Exploring the unknown has always fascinated humans, especially when it comes to the possibility of finding life beyond our planet. Recently, a family in Las Vegas claimed to have seen aliens in their backyard, which sparked curiosity and speculation online. According to the family, on April 30, they observed an object coming down from the sky, followed by the appearance of mysterious figures in the darkness. These sightings have fueled rumors of unidentified activity in the area.

In response to these claims, local authorities installed surveillance cameras around the family's property to provide security and protect them from potential UFO enthusiasts or curious individuals. A former police officer named Doug Poppa expressed surprise at the decision to deploy surveillance cameras.

Newly released body camera footage has shed some light on this mysterious UFO sighting. The footage shows police officers arriving at the house where four individuals were gathered on the lawn. The witnesses described a large creature about 10 feet tall. Interestingly, one of the officers believed their story and mentioned that his partner had also seen something fall from the sky. Additional footage captured a glowing green orb descending from the sky earlier that night.

The police officers thoroughly searched the family's backyard, but no UFO was found. However, the officer assured the witnesses that their report was credible, mentioning that his partner had seen a shooting star at the same time the witnesses reported the mysterious object falling.

In another part of the footage, an officer stopped a passing car to ask if the occupants had witnessed anything unusual. The officer mentioned reports from neighbors about a UFO crash and tall, non-human beings with glowing eyes. However, the car occupants denied seeing anything out of the ordinary.

This unidentified object was mentioned in the American Meteor Society's fireball logs but did not appear in NASA's records. According to Lindley Johnson, NASA's planetary officer, their records focus on objects larger than 1 meter based on the energy released upon entering Earth's atmosphere.
