Swift Response from Government Officials Amidst Pakistan's Condemnation of Ram Temple

Government sources in New Delhi stated that Pakistan has no right to interfere in the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. They said Pakistan attempted to provoke Indian Muslims during the nationwide celebrations when the temple's construction was condemned by Islamabad.

Foreign ministry officials emphasized that India's judiciary is not influenced by external forces like Pakistan's, referring to criticisms of Pakistan's judicial system. They highlighted the lengthy legal process leading to the construction, including the Indian Supreme Court's decision in 2019 to grant the disputed land to deity Ram Lalla and allocate a separate plot for a mosque.

The officials accused Pakistan of trying to stir trouble by inciting Indian Muslims participating in Ayodhya's celebrations. They asserted that India is inclusive of all religions and urged Pakistan to protect Hindu places of worship, referencing recent attacks on temples.

India responded strongly after Pakistan condemned the construction and consecration of the Ram Temple on the site of the demolished Babri Mosque. Pakistan criticized India's judiciary for permitting the temple at the location and expressed concerns about the growing influence of 'Hindutva' ideology, calling for international attention to Islamophobia, hate speech, and hate crimes in India. India promptly issued a sharp rebuttal to these claims.
