Rahul Gandhi, a leader from the Congress party, is facing pressure from people to get married. Recently, a group of women farmers from Haryana visited his mother, Sonia Gandhi, and suggested that Rahul should get married. Sonia Gandhi, in response, asked them to help find a suitable girl for her son, and Rahul assured them that it will happen.
Earlier, Rahul's single status came into focus when another politician, Lalu Prasad Yadav, asked him to get married during a joint press conference of various Opposition parties in Patna.
The women farmers visited the Gandhis in Delhi after Rahul invited them. Previously, Rahul had visited their village in Sonepat and promised to show them around Delhi since they had never been to the National Capital despite living nearby.
Rahul shared his memorable day with his mother, Priyanka, and some special guests, the women farmers, on social media. They had lunch together, had fun, and exchanged gifts like homemade pickles, sweet lassi, and desi ghee, along with a lot of love.
