This rise in popularity can be attributed to the release of his highly anticipated film, Pathaan. However, Vijay Thalapathy still holds the crown as the most popular Indian actor. Another charismatic actor, Salman Khan, also joins this esteemed list, adding his star power to the lineup. With these incredible talents leading the way, Indian cinema continues to captivate audiences both at home and abroad.
Ormax Media shared the list titled "Ormax Stars India Loves: Most popular male film stars in India (Feb 2023)" on their social media.
Allu Arjun's popularity declined during this period. In January, he held the second position, but in February, he dropped to sixth place. Prabhas, on the other hand, moved from fourth to third place when Allu Arjun's popularity declined. Reports from February 2023 indicate that he is now the third most popular male star in India.
Ajith Kumar, who ranked eighth in January, rose to the fourth position. Jr. NTR also made it to the top five after ranking seventh the previous month, now holding the fifth position.
