The Uttar Pradesh Board recently conducted Class 10 and 12 exams from March 18 to March 31, and the results have been declared. However, there have been some mistakes found in the mark sheets of high school and intermediate students. To address this problem, camps have been set up from June 12 to 30. The regional offices, District Inspector of Schools (DIOS), and Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) of the UP Board have been instructed to assist in resolving these errors. So far, camps have been established in 22 districts, successfully resolving 954 cases. Among these cases, 543 were related to high school students and 411 were related to intermediate students. The main focus was on correcting mistakes in names, parents' names, and dates of birth. The camps were held at the regional offices in Meerut, Bareilly, Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Gorakhpur to address complaints from these 22 districts. UP Board Secretary Dibya Kant Shukla provided this information. The responsibility of organizing the camps and resolving student issues has been assigned to the District Inspector of Schools. Approximately 40,000 complaints have been received, mainly regarding spelling errors in names, dates of birth, and other related matters. To streamline the process and address these concerns effectively, the DG has appointed an additional secretary for each regional office of the UP Board. This decision was made due to numerous complaints about discrepancies in students' mark sheets, such as incorrect names, parents' names, surnames, and allocated marks. Previously, parents had to go to the board's headquarters to seek resolution for such issues.
