One traveler had an experience that might make you cringe. They shared their story on Reddit, describing a flight that lasted 14 hours. But what happened during that flight was even more unsettling. According to the passenger, the girl sitting next to them brushed her teeth from her seat, spat in a cup, shook her toothbrush in the air to dry it, and kept the cup there for 4 hours.

The Reddit post included a photo of the cup on the tray table, but the contents were cleverly hidden by the user's knee. It's easy to assume that the cup didn't contain a drink for consumption. Next to the cup, there was a phone casually charging.

The Redditor provided more details about the incident. They were on a flight to London, which was supposed to be a 14-hour journey. Their seat neighbors were an Australian couple. As is common on long flights, the Redditor fell asleep. However, they woke up to the sight of the girl brushing her teeth right there in her seat. She then spat in the cup and shook her toothbrush in the air to dry it. What made it worse was that she didn't immediately dispose of the cup. As the Redditor mentioned, she kept the cup there for 4 hours.

The reason behind this incident is unknown. The Redditor mentioned that the toilets were only three rows in front of them and were available for use.
