Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently opened the first-ever "National Training Conclave" in New Delhi, which brought together over 1,500 participants from various training and research institutes across the country. The purpose of the conclave is to address important issues related to training in civil services, such as enhancing the skills of faculty members, evaluating the impact of training, and digitalizing training content.

During the event, Prime Minister Modi emphasized the need for improving governance and policy implementation through the capacity building of civil servants. The conclave serves as a significant step in that direction. It was organized by the Capacity Building Commission, aiming to promote collaboration among civil services training institutes and strengthen the training infrastructure for civil servants nationwide.

The participants include representatives from central government departments, state governments, local governments, as well as experts from the private sector. The event also marked the launch of the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) called "Mission Karmayogi," which aligns with Prime Minister Modi's vision of empowering civil servants and enhancing their preparedness for nation-building.
