There was a rumor about Tamannaah owning a 2-crore diamond ring, but she denied it, clarifying that it was just a bottle cap. Vijay joked about the media claiming it to be the fifth-largest diamond in the world, saying it's impossible to get such a valuable diamond for 2 crores.
When asked about his reaction to the news, Vijay said he texted Tamannaah to let her know it was all fake news and wondered why his name wasn't mentioned in the reports.
Tamannaah later humorously cleared the air about the viral image, revealing that the so-called diamond was actually a 'bottle opener' used in a photoshoot. She posted the image on her Instagram story and mentioned that girls like to click such pics.
There were reports that the diamond ring was a gift from Upasana Kamineni Konidela, Ram Charan's wife. However, Upasana clarified back in 2019 that it was just a gift from her to Tamannaah.
As for Tamannaah's work, she is receiving praise for her dance moves in the song "Kaavaalaa" from her upcoming Tamil film, Jailer. Apart from Jailer, she has projects in Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil, including Bhola Shankar, Bandra, and Aranmanai 4. She also has a movie called Veda with John Abraham, directed by Nikkhil Advani.
