Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's much-anticipated movie, Tiger 3, is generating a lot of excitement. Reports suggest that the film is expected to have a strong start at the box office, with projections of around Rs 330 crore in its first week, according to trade analyst Sumit Kadel.
Scheduled for release on Diwali, November 12, Tiger 3 has already made a significant impact with over 3 lakh tickets sold in advance bookings. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh notes that the film is creating a buzz in advance bookings, particularly since it's rare for a Hindi film to release on Diwali Day. The challenge lies in maintaining audience interest, especially with the evening shows, where film business typically declines.
Tiger 3's screenings will commence at 7 am nationwide on November 12. The production house, Yash Raj Films (YRF), released a statement announcing the opening of advance bookings on November 5. Given the Diwali release and the anticipation among fans of the YRF Spy Universe, cinemas have requested an early start to morning shows to prevent spoilers.
Directed by Maneesh Sharma, Tiger 3 is the third installment in YRF's original spy franchise. Fans are eagerly awaiting the reunion of Tiger and Zoya (played by Katrina Kaif) on the big screen. There's also anticipation about a cameo by Shah Rukh Khan, similar to Salman's appearance in Pathaan. However, details about SRK's role in Tiger 3 remain unknown. The film also features Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist, along with Kumud Mishra, Revathi, Riddhi Dogra, and Anant Vidhaat.
