Actor Prabhas recently gained attention amid claims that he donated Rs 50 crores to the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. The temple, set for inauguration on January 22, is expected to be a significant event with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and various Bollywood and sports personalities attending. A viral report suggested Prabhas' generous donation, and Andhra Pradesh MLA Chirla Jaggireddy added that the actor would cover food expenses on the inauguration day. However, Prabhas' team dismissed these claims, stating they are false, and he hasn't made any such donation or offered to pay for the event's food.
The consecration of the Ram Lalla within the temple is scheduled between 12:15 pm and 12:45 pm on January 22. The ceremony will be attended by PM Modi, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, UP Governor Anandiben Patel, and temple trust president Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, with over 7,000 people invited.
On Prabhas' professional front, he recently revealed the first look of his upcoming horror-comedy film, "The Raja Saab." Amidst his success with "Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire," which has crossed Rs 500 crores worldwide, Prabhas continues to impress audiences with his performances. He is also set to star in the sci-fi film "Kalki AD2898" alongside Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan, although the release date is yet to be announced.
