The episode had Ananya and Sara Ali Khan as guests, and Karan started by asking Ananya if she is dating Aditya. Ananya tried to avoid the question, but Karan insisted.
Karan commented, "Denying or confirming relationships, is that outdated?" Ananya responded, "I don't think it's outdated. I think it's a personal choice. Some things are private and special and should be kept that way." Karan then asked if Ananya and Aditya are just friends, and Ananya hesitated but eventually said, "We're best friends."
Rumors about Ananya and Aditya dating have been circulating for some time. They have been seen at the same events and even went on vacations together. Pictures from their trip to Europe became a topic of interest on the internet. The speculations grew when they were spotted celebrating Ananya's birthday together in the Maldives.
In the same episode, Karan also asked Sara Ali Khan about her relationship with Shubman Gill, a cricketer. Sara clarified that the rumors were about the wrong Sara and that she's only friends with him through mutual connections.
