Sanjay Leela Bhansali's niece, Sharmin Segal, recently got married to Aman Mehta, a businessman from Torrent Pharmaceutical. The wedding happened on November 24th in Ahmedabad among close friends and family. Sharmin looked stunning in her bridal attire, which was a custom-made creation by fashion designers Rimple and Harpreet Narula.
Her wedding dress was a blend of timeless elegance and modern style. The outfit consisted of a beautiful lehenga with intricate designs inspired by vintage French lace. It was adorned with peacock and floral motifs, crafted using various techniques like zardozi, marodi, dabka, naqshi, sequins, pearls, crystals, and semi-precious stones.
The ensemble also included a matching choli (blouse) and a tulle dupatta with a delicate border. What made her look regal was a 12-foot-long train that added a majestic touch to her sequin-covered veil. Sharmin complemented her outfit with traditional jewelry like a maang tika, choker, and layered necklace.
The designers, Rimple and Harpreet Narula, expressed their happiness in creating Sharmin's dream wedding attire, tailored to her comfort and style preferences. They're also excited to see her wearing their designs in the upcoming series, "Heeramandi."
Sharmin Segal will soon appear in the Netflix series "Heeramandi," directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, where her costumes are designed by Rimple and Harpreet Narula.
